On Friday, the seniors travelled to Waimarama for Beach Education. The Life Guards taught us some really important skills that we'll use whenever we go to the beach.
What a FANTASTIC day for students, parents and teachers. A great way to start the year for the Senior School. We are so grateful to our parents for providing transport and keeping us safe in the water.
What a wonderful day you had Yrs & and 8. You will now have lots of crucial skills and knowledge that you can use when you are around and in the water.
I had a wonderful day at the beach with my friends and my best part was when you got to wet your mums and dads when having relays and running in the water and the funny part was when I got to wet my mum.
Thanks Mrs Hawke for the great photos and video - very impressed - accompanied by nice relaxing music even. Looks like a great day out and that they all had great fun and learnt a lot too !
